Stories Will Save Us All!
I am The Dark Legend, a writer baptized in the art since the age of 11.
It is my mission to preserve storytelling, originality, freedom of thought, expression, and speech and individuality alive. Because we are living in an age where our humanity is being drowned out.
I’ve always used writing as recreation and escape. But as I grew older, I learned to make it into my tool, my weapon, and my calling.
As a result, I have discovered writing is more than just a form of entertainment and escape.
It is a means to navigate through the universe. It establishes a road map to guide individuals toward ideas, culture, history, and humanity.
We have etched stories into stone. Written them with ink onto paper. And now we store them in a cyberspace as digital information.
Why stories?
Because we are living in stories, a grand universe of meta-narratives!
Psychology confirms this. Thinkers like Fritz Breithaupt, Carl Jung, and Jordan Peterson have noted how stories define meaning, emotion, and behavior.
Without storytelling, we would be lost as a species.
Why is this important in this day and age?
In the digital age we are constantly bombarded with an overabundance of information. We have become hyper-aware, anxious, divided by misinformation, ideology, and half-truths.
AI slop has only accelerated the degradation of originality and individuality.
We have traded profound connection for superficial links.
It has stripped us of our agency and our individuality.
This is the fight I take my stand on: helping the individual reclaim independent thought, personal narratives, and the humanity within.
I write reviews, commentary, essays, arguments, and deliver genuine work to help the reader learn how to think, not what to think. And I do it to honor the profound, the aesthetic, and the humane.
Businesses are no different. They too share beginnings, struggles, heroes, antagonists, legends, losses, and triumphs. I bring creativity, spirituality, and genuine humanity to the table. No hollow platitudes, no shortcuts, and no artificial voices.
Propaganda, censorship, degeneration, corrosion of the individual— these are the enemies to be confronted.
Stories, mythologies, ideas, and adventure— these are the remedies to be implemented.
Stories will save us all!
